Tails & Trails Off-Leash Dog Park

Tails & Trails Off-Leash Dog Park is a 30-acre fenced dog park located at E1580 County Road Q in Waupaca, Wisconsin, providing a safe, enclosed environment where dogs can run off-leash, swim in a pond, and explore groomed trails. Opened in August 2017 and managed by the ToTo Foundation—a nonprofit organization dedicated to land conservation and animal welfare—the park was developed by transforming a former cornfield into a thriving recreational space with amenities including a swimming pond, observation mound, walking trails, fresh-water well, small dog area, and agility course. The facility accepts both daily passes and annual memberships and operates year-round from sunrise to sunset.
