Project Kenny

Project Kenny is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located at 1005 Falcon Avenue in Mills, Wyoming, dedicated to training service dogs for veterans and first responders suffering from PTSD and traumatic brain injury. Founded by Carol Salveson, a former Air Force weather forecaster, the organization has been operating since 2017 and provides trained service dogs to eligible veterans while also offering training instruction to help veterans train their own dogs. The organization operates as a volunteer-driven initiative and relies on community support to serve its mission of reducing veteran suicide and improving quality of life through canine companionship.
