City of Rawlins Dog Park

The City of Rawlins Dog Park, located at 800 Colorado Street at Key Club Park, opened in 2022 as a community initiative to provide safe recreational space for dogs and their owners. The park features approximately 1.5 acres of fenced, off-leash area with natural landscapes and separate zones for small dogs and large dogs, along with shade, seating, and dog-friendly trails. Funded through initial grants from Wyoming Community Gas beginning in 2020 and expanded to $45,000, the park represents the City of Rawlins’ commitment to community outdoor spaces and was developed with input from residents through town hall meetings and feedback surveys.
